Return Policy

H3O Sports and the Human Bobber family of products are made from the highest quality materials and we are confident in the quality of everything we sell. It is our hope that you enjoy our products. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at contact@h3osports.com with an explanation of your issue with the product and one of our sales consultants will respond to your inquiry with information regarding returning the merchandise and refunding your purchase amount.

Human Bobber / H3O Sports will replace products at our sole discretion, assuming your product is found, under normal use and proper care, to be defective.

Human Bobber / H3O Sports will exchange products that are new and in their original packaging and have not been previously used. It is our sole discretion to refuse an exchange if the product is determined by H3O Sports/Human Bobber to have been previously used.

Human Bobber / H3O Sports will refund products if the product is determined by H3O Sports/ Human Bobber to be defective beyond normal use and proper care; or if a new item is returned in its original packaging.

All products returned for refund or exchange must be clean or the item may be rejected.

Warranty:
Human Bobber’s / H3O Sports devices are the finest available so we offer the original purchaser a limited lifetime warranty from original date of purchase on workmanship and materials.

Under the above guideline, Human Bobber / H3O Sports will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, your product if found, under normal use and proper care, to be defective. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. The decision to replace or repair a product is made by the H3O Sports / Human Bobber Warranty Department after receipt of the defective product.

PRODUCTS WITHOUT A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

PURCHASER MUST FILL OUT AND RETURN WARRANTY CARD ATTACHED TO UNIT AT PURCHASE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR WARRANTY TO BE ACCEPTED.

All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured.
H3O Sports / Human Bobber cannot be liable for lost in-route packages.
All products returned must be clean or the item may be rejected.

Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel your purchase, please email us at contact@h3osports.com within 24 hours to cancel your purchase.  Please note that if products have already been processed and/or shipped then those orders can not be cancelled.   Shoppers have 24 hours to cancel their order online from the time of purchase.
